• A manual on the national budget process has been produced and widely disseminated by the Public Private Finance Institute. It can become a very useful tool for enhancing civil society understanding of the budget process in Albania.

• Budget Analysis and Training of Trainers for Citizens’ participation in Budget processes. Analyze to what extent the budget is linked to MTEF in light of implementing the national strategy (NSSED) and links to MDGs, EU accession, Regional Integration (Stability Pact); TOT and nationwide training for CSOs on citizens’ participation in budget processes. Partnership with the Public Private Finance Institute and various donors would be essential for this initiative.
